Refund Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

The Swap Kitchen is a digital PDF delivered immediately after payment, so the rules below follow how digital products work.

Before you download

If you have not downloaded the book yet, email ray@rayquackenbush.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. Please send the email address you used at checkout.

After you download

Once the download has started, the purchase is final and we do not offer refunds, because the file cannot be returned. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download starts.

If something is wrong with the file

If the PDF does not download, does not open or is damaged, email us. We will send you a working copy, and if we cannot fix it, we will refund you. These rules do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.

Charged twice?

If you were charged more than once for the same order by mistake, email us and we will refund the duplicate payment.

Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
